How do I pick the right size?
Check the size chart on each product page. If you’re between sizes, go up for comfort.

My size is sold out — now what?
Hit “Notify Me” on the product page and I’ll email you as soon as it’s back.

What payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay (and Shop Pay where available).

Can I cancel or change my order?
You’ve got 1 hour after checkout to cancel. After that, it’s already moving — returns are available if needed.

Will I get an order confirmation?
Yes — instant confirmation at checkout, plus a tracking email when your order ships.

Entered the wrong address?
Email support@blakeboxers.com ASAP. If it hasn’t shipped, I’ll fix it.


Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship?
Right now: Canada, Australia, the UK, and New Zealand.

How much is shipping?
I cover the shipping — my way of saying thanks.

How long does it take?
Processing is 1–3 business days. Delivery typically takes 4–7 business days, depending on your location.

How do I track my order?
You’ll receive a tracking link by email the moment it ships.

Didn’t get your order?
Check spam for the tracking email. Still nothing? Message support@blakeboxers.com and I’ll sort it.


Returns & Exchanges

What’s your return policy?
You have 14 days from delivery to request a return. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags and in resalable condition.

Do you cover return shipping?
Return shipping isn’t included.

How do I start a return?
Email support@blakeboxers.com with your order number and reason for return. I’ll send simple, step-by-step instructions.

When will I get my refund?
Within 10 business days after I receive and inspect your return.

What if my item arrives damaged?
Send a photo and your order info to support@blakeboxers.com. I’ll replace it — no hassle.

What if the fit isn’t right?
Covered by my Fit Promise™: if your first pair doesn’t fit, I’ll send the right size free of charge (no return required, subject to stock).
