Terms of Service

1. Definitions

• “We”, “us”, “our”: EGC Network, trading as Blake Boxers.

• “You”, “customer”, “consumer”: The natural person purchasing for personal use (not acting as a business).

• “Business day”: Monday–Friday, excluding Dutch public holidays.

• “Durable medium”: Any method that lets you store information for future reference without changes (e.g., email/pdf).

• “Distance contract”: A purchase made without face-to-face contact (e.g., our website).

3. Scope & acceptance

These Terms apply to every offer, order, and contract between you and us made through our website. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Before checkout, you’ll be able to read and save them on a durable medium.

4. Our offer

• Offers are without obligation and may change at any time.

• We aim to describe and show products accurately. Minor colour/fit variations may occur due to screens, production tolerances, or fabric batches.

• Obvious errors (typos/price mistakes) do not bind us.

• Each product page states the key info you need: price, any shipping costs or options, how to order, payment methods, whether returns apply, and how long the offer lasts (if limited).

5. How the contract is formed

• The contract is formed when you successfully complete checkout and we confirm by email.

• If you order electronically, we use appropriate technical and organisational measures to secure the environment and payment.

• We may refuse or cancel an order (with reasons) if, for example, we reasonably believe payment may fail or stock is not available.

• We’ll include in your shipment or by email: our contact details, return instructions, warranty information, and a copy/link to these Terms.

6. Cooling-off period (change-of-mind returns)

• You have 14 days from delivery to tell us you want to return (no reason required).

• During this period, handle the product with care and only as needed to check fit/characteristics.

• If you exercise this right, send the item back within 14 days after notifying us. Keep proof of postage.

• Hygiene rules: underwear must be unworn, unwashed, with tags, and in original packaging. Worn/washed items cannot be accepted.

7. Return costs & refunds

• Return postage is your responsibility (unless the item is faulty).

• Once we receive and inspect the return, we’ll refund the product price to your original payment method within 10 business days. We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or you provide proof of return.

• Original outbound shipping (if any express option was paid) may be non-refundable unless required by law.

8. Exclusions from returns

We may decline returns for:

• Items made to your specifications or clearly personalised.

• Items not suitable for return for health/hygiene reasons where the seal/tags are broken or the item is worn/washed.

• Items that by nature cannot be returned (e.g., heavily used/soiled products).

9. Prices, taxes & duties

• Prices shown on site are product prices and may exclude destination-country taxes, duties, and customs clearance fees.

• Orders shipped to Canada, Australia, the UK, and New Zealand may incur import charges collected by the carrier or customs. These are paid by you.

• We reserve the right to adjust prices for legal changes (e.g., VAT rates) and obvious mistakes.

10. Product conformity & warranty

• Products should meet the description on the site and normal expectations for reliability and usability.

• If something is wrong (defect or incorrect item), email support@blakeboxers.com within 14 days of delivery with photos and your order number.

• Our warranty follows the manufacturer period where applicable. This does not limit your statutory rights.

• Warranty is void if the product was altered, misused, improperly cared for, or used contrary to our instructions.

11. Delivery & execution

• We process orders in 1–3 business days.

• Estimated delivery after dispatch:

  • Canada & UK: 4–7 business days

  • Australia & New Zealand: 5–10 business days
    (Rural locations may take longer.)

• Risk passes to you upon delivery to the address you provided.

• If we cannot fulfil an item, we’ll notify you within 30 days; you may cancel for a full refund.

12. Ongoing/recurring contracts

We currently sell one-off products (no subscriptions). If any future service involves a term, you’ll be told the duration, renewal rules, and how to cancel. Any tacit renewal will be reasonable and clearly disclosed.

13. Payment

• Pay using the methods shown at checkout (e.g., Visa, Mastercard, AmEx, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay; Shop Pay where available).

• Report any payment detail errors immediately.

• If payment fails or is reversed, we may recover reasonable costs as permitted by law.

14. Cancellations

• You may cancel within 1 hour of placing your order by emailing support@blakeboxers.com. After that, it may already be in process; use the returns procedure instead.

15. Complaints

• Tell us about any complaint within 7 days after you discover the issue.

• We respond within 14 days. If we need more time, we’ll let you know when to expect a full reply.

• A complaint does not suspend your payment obligations unless we confirm otherwise. If your complaint is justified, we’ll repair, replace, or refund as appropriate.

16. CESOP (EU payments reporting)

Due to the 2024 implementation of the Central Electronic System of Payment Information (CESOP) in the EU, payment service providers may report certain cross-border payment data to EU authorities as required by law.

17. Governing law & disputes

These Terms and any disputes are governed exclusively by Dutch law, even if you live abroad. Mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence still apply where required.

18. Severability & updates

If any clause is invalid or unenforceable, the rest remains in effect and the invalid part will be replaced with a valid one that reflects the original intent. We may update these Terms from time to time; the version at checkout applies to your order.
