Your comfort comes first. If you’re not completely happy with your Blake Boxers, I’ll make it right — no awkwardness, no runaround.
Return Window
You have 14 days from delivery to request a return. After 14 days, I’m not able to accept returns.
Cancellations
Changed your mind? You have 1 hour after checkout to cancel. After that, your order is already moving.
Condition for Returns
For hygiene reasons, items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached and in original packaging. Worn or washed underwear can’t be accepted.
How to Start a Return
Email support@blakeboxers.com with your order number and a brief note. I’ll reply with the return instructions and the correct return address.
Return shipping: Not included. Customers cover return postage to our fulfilment centre.
Refunds
Once your return arrives, I’ll inspect it and email you an update. If approved, your refund goes back to your original payment method.

First-pair Fit Promise™: if your first pair doesn’t fit, I’ll send the right size free of charge (subject to stock) — no need to return the original.

Need a different size on additional pairs? Start a return as above.
Damaged or Defective
That’s on me. If your boxers arrive damaged or defective, email support@blakeboxers.com with photos and your order number. I’ll replace them ASAP.
